Enhancing employee performance with Audio Serye: A case study
In an aim to guide associates in practicing their work ethics and enhancing performances, the Palawan Pawnshop-Palawan Express Pera Padala produced its first audio-visual instructional material, the Audio Serye.
The material should look engaging and understandable for the benefit of the learners. However, the misalignment of format from script to visuals did not match the objective of the project which prompted the creation of the rebranding.
